About Submission

About Submission

1. I would like to submit our product/software to your site. How do I go about it?
Go http://author.brothersoft.com/
Submit your software PAD file(*.XML) or fill in all required field and then click "Submit" button.

2. I have submitted my software, and I accept the message of "There are XXX programs currently in the review queue. Estimated date for your review: XX days", how can I speedup my submission.

3. We have problem submitting our product/software, there is an error window when we add more then one language in your Language(i.e. English) field! i.e. English, French German... it won't allow us to write this.
It is important for our website interface that language is required and not better than 20 characters. You can write this field like this: English and more Or Multi Languages.

About Product/Software Position

1. If my product/software has been in your site, how can I make our product/software higher position in your sub-category list?
Add a link on your site to your product/software page of our site, and more visitors come from your site to our site and more your product/software gets higher position.

About Rating Guide

1. I got a rating 5 award. I have a question... I want to add your award to our awards page, but I don't know what "5" means.

2. I got a rating 3 award, why is my product/software so bad you think.
First, a rating 3 award in our site is not so bad just like you think, our review staff give a product/software 3, 4 or 5 rating based on Multi-angle of view, such as whether this product is easy to use, whether it has a professional-looking interface, whether it is excellent compared to other programs in this section and so on.

3. My product/software has been in your site, why don't you give it a rating?
There are three reasons:
One: you have not submitted your product/software by yourself.
Two: your product/software isn't good enough to get an over 2 rating award.
If the product/software is under 3 rating, it will not be displayed with rating image.
There: A product/software that we can't review will not receive a rating award.

About Downloads

1. Why don't you count the products downloads?
We count the products downloads but the downloads don't show on our site to visitors.
Our staff discuss this question some times and at last decided to do this. Because some software authors continually refresh(F5) download link in order to increase their products downloads and get "Top" position.
Thus, the downloads is not true. And we don't want to show visitors the inveracious downloads. So we decided to do this at last.
